Design
- De-brief the Exec team to understand common opportunities that may warrant org wide interventions
- Create an org level roadmap to address the emerging priority areas
Deliver
- In parallel to each team implementing their roadmap, we implement broader org interventions and training and coaching
- Complete a 6-month re-measure across the business which allows you to see progress and kicks-off the next phase of team improvement
