How does the assessment process work?

The general assessment involves a series of steps:

  1. Onboard the team by completing a short questionnaire.
  2. Complete the TopTeams assessment online.
  3. Receive a custom report and toolkit based on your team’s responses.
  4. Participate in a debriefing session with your Team Lead.
  5. Develop a team improvement roadmap.
  6. Complete a re-assessment after 5-6 months.
